It’s that time of year again. The time to remember and to thank God for the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ, upon the cross for us. Although very little mention is made of this blessed and all-important fact on the television. It was and is a historical changing event that everyone should be aware of.

We see government leaders corrupt and drunk with the power of their positions. Doing whatever they want, regardless of their people and regardless of the laws and common sense. They just get in there and escalate the situation, threatening one another, bringing us even closer to another World War, with very little concern or regards to the outcome of such an atrocity.

We have seen the form of mass murder and serial killing (abortion) being endorsed by various governments and accepted as something that is natural and normal by so many individuals. We have seen the mockery of marriage and the family unit being replaced by the abomination of same sex couples (Leviticus 20:13) and immorality and ungodliness.

Nearly all of the world leaders, as well as a majority of the Earth’s population, have rejected the One and Only True Living God and have chosen to follow the “god of this world” (2 Corinthians 4:4).

Millions around the world have bowed down and worshiped the pharmaceutical company gods and their worthless untested and experimental vaccines, and ridiculed and attacked those who stand up and resist them and stand for common sense.

We have seen this alleged pandemic, known as covid, used to manipulate and control people, and used to take away their rights and freedoms, including the freedom to worship God.

We have seen Churches, Church leaders, and Pastors compromise on the Word of God, more concerned with the number of people and money they can bring into their church.

The economy of all countries around the world is deteriorating at an ever-increasing rate. We are seeing the beginning of food and gas shortages, as well of that of many other resources and items.

Total collapse seems imminent and no one seems to have any real answers or solutions. The world and its people need to turn their backs on the evil and ungodliness they have sown and allowed to come about, and embrace the One and Only Living True God and His Son, Jesus Christ and the love they have to offer.

Christ himself foretold us that all of this would take place and be among the signs of His return (Matthew 24). That day is fast approaching us, you can almost feel it in the air. But we must still be cautious and vigilant for the false prophets and teachers out there who will attempt to take us away from the truth. Some of them will even claim to know the exact date and time of Christ’s return. But these are liars for Christ Himself tells us that no one knows the time of His return (Matthew 24:36).

But those of us who remain firm in our belief in Christ and stay rooted in His Word, we shall overcome these false teachers and their teachings. Christ gave us the command, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” (Matthew 28:19).

Now more than ever is the need to bare witness to what this season is really all about and share its truths with others who are lost in the dark snares of the world and have no where to turn. Jesus said, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” (Revelation 3:20). Share the Gospel of the Lord with those that are lost and help them to hear that knock and open the door so they too may come to share the real joy of this season and eternal life by grace through Jesus Christ!
