God is more than a God of love and mercy. The Scriptures say that God is love, yes. The Scriptures also say He is Holy, Holy, Holy. He is just. His love for us was expressed in the Gift of His Son on the cross, as a means of redemption.

God, to demonstrate His love for all of us, sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to earth to live as one of us and ultimately die on the cross for all of us. In His infinite wisdom and love for all of us, God had it all planned out. He would send His Son to live among us, start His ministry, and ultimately die for all of us on the cross. Thus, providing a way back to God. Through Christ, each and every one of us by grace through faith can receive eternal salvation and forgiveness for our sins.

Christ, who was all man and yet all God at the same time, showed us the one and only TRUE way to God. As we follow all He has taught us and study God’s Word, we should dwell on these things and study them and learn what all they mean. Then we are to go out and share the Biblical Truths with those of the world who are so lost. The Bible tells us to:

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2:15

And to:

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Matthew 28:19

The most perfect and precious gift we can ever receive is salvation by faith through Christ. It is the type of gift that even though we keep it, we are intended to share with others. The more we spread it the more it will grow. As Christians, who have been born again in the blood of Christ through faith, we are to follow God no matter where he leads us. We are to teach His words found in the Holy Bible and share with other what He has done for us.

To the world , the news and Truths of God, His Son Jesus Christ, and the teachings of God’s Holy and Inspired Word, The Bible, are pure foolishness and that those who believe and follow them are demented and mentally disturbed (See 1 Corinthians 1:18).

There is another side to God. A side that those of us who are Christian do NOT want to experience. In fact no one should want to experience it. If we reject the Love and Gift of God, through His Son Jesus Christ, we then fall under God’s Judgment and Condemnation.

The world has secularized Christmas and what it is all about. They have all but taken Christ out of Christmas, and replaced Christmas with terms such as “Happy Holidays” and “X-Mas,” in an effort to remove any and all aspects of Christ from the day on which we celebrate His birth.

The world has lost the truth of what this season is all about. They have rejected God and His Wisdom and embraced the ways of evil and darkness. Even in the churches we are seeing a compromise on core Christian beliefs and teachings. We have seen churches allowing ungodly teachings to come within and condemning those who follow after God and the Bible. They seem to be more about numbers and control over their congregations and telling them how to run their lives and have suppressed their God-given ability to think for themselves and to question things about them. They tell them what to believe and they demand blind faith in return, wanting them to believe everything they are told. They do not want them to check things or to verify what they are being told. This is the very reason why so much error, corruption, and sin has entered into so many churches.

They will attack, slander, and hate anyone, including other churches, who question or criticize them and their erroneous practices and teachings. They will claim that they alone are doing God’s Will and those who come against them are influenced by Satan. They will twist sacred Scripture to make it back up what they teach, in yet another effort to deceive as many as they can. The Bible warns us of their false teachers and evildoers:

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
Matthew 24:12

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
Matthew 24:4-11

This is NOT what real Christianity is about. We are above this evil and other ways of the world. We are to share the Truth, God’s truth, with the entire world. We are NOT to bow down to the world or its ways. We are to set an example, and no matter what the world and those of it say and do. We are to keep faith in God and ALWAYS trust in Him!

In the Bible God commands us to: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:19-20).

Be a good steward. Do as God has commanded us and make a difference in the life of someone today in sharing God’s truth with them. May God Bless each and every one of you and may all of you have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!
